    • project booklets by judyofthewoods.
    • importance flag
    • flagged for importance, with slanted being the most urgent
    • project slips - there may be a number of related/smaller tasks on the project to-do list, so I just use one project slip (yellow border) in the daily list which then points to the project list which sits next to the daily list. If priorities change there is just one slip and booklet to move.
    • 'spine marker'
    • next actions
    • tabs for a number of related projects
    • Context colour-coded slip docking for next actions - green for outdoor jobs. Strips of card stitched to card backing.
    • neutral context list with two collumns of slips - not weather dependent
    • Tabs for subdevisions of projects. This booklet is for 'organising' and 'storage/furniture', the subdevision may be 'office storage' under furniture
    • Slip pockets staggered to avoid bulking in one place, and for easier reference, with labeling at the bottom.
    • Main project tab with picture of project for visual reference. Main points, goals etc. may be written on this tab, or on a sticky note. Yellow is my code for 'project/goal'.
    • various notes transferred from a number of sources - often cut from the back of the envelope - literally, mostly ideas, sketches.
    • plastic strip for marking with dry-wipe pen
    • strip of colour-coded paper for context (grey/cream - depending on what is available for neutral)
    • Some of the A6 project booklets. I am currently changing my setup with the Rollabind binding system, slowly transfering most of my notes into easy use binders which are stored in a purpose-made rack. Any notes big enough to punch for the discs is bound

    • A6 project booklets by judyofthewoods.
    • a strip of red card extending beyond the spine morker flags important/urgent projects. It is seperatly punched and can be removed when priorities change or the important job is finished.
    • The case is made of thick cardboard - mounting board off-cuts from a framing shop - glued and pinned with thumb-tacks to a wooden base. The deviders are pieces of thin card - confectionary boxes from a local chocolate shop. Each booklet has a card backing, a slash pocket for paper that cannot be punched), some blank paper, project support material (notes and sketches) and a pocket card at the front with action slips. The tabs sticking out are 'spine' markers with sketches of each project for visual reference. The booklets are bound with Rollabind-like discs.
